At TJS Originals, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand how to proceed with returns or exchanges.

1. Return and Exchange Window

Returns: You may return items within 3 days of receiving them for a refund.

Exchanges: Items are eligible for exchange within 7 working days of receipt.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be in new condition, with tags attached and not damaged.

Note: Sale items cannot be returned; they are only eligible for exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@tjs.ae. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

4. Refund and Exchange Process

Full Refund: If the returned item meets the criteria, a full refund will be processed within one week after we receive and inspect the item.

Exchanges: Customers can exchange an item for another of the same price within the designated 7-day period.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is received damaged due to customer mishandling, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please inspect your items upon arrival and report any issues promptly.

7. Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within one week after we receive and review the returned item.
